Happy Birthday

 

hi everyone…

today is Tuesday and it’ time for a new challenge at The Deep Ocean…

this fortnight the theme is Happy Birthday… it couldn’t be easier!!!!

this is my card:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I love this fairy Tilda… she is adorable and I drool over longed haired Tildas (right, Alberto?!)!!! I painted her with distress pads, as usual, and I added some glitter on her skin, dress and wings for a more fairy look. I applied some gold leaf on the trumpet and some glossy on the bubbles. I used BasicGrey paper (Cappella and Green at Heart Collections) as background, a Making Memories ticket, some pearls, a lace and an old metal button. The white I-don’t-know-how-to-name-it something (maybe a frame?) on the top was cut with Slice Elite (Bravissimo Design Card).

ecco a voi il biglietto che ho fatto per il primo compleanno della piccola Linda…

Hi everybody, how are you?

this is the card I made for Linda’s first birthday…

come potete vedere ho usato carte Basic Grey (Olivia) sia per il biglietto in se che per i fiori (punches EK). La tag e’ Spellbinders Label 4.

Infine ho aggiunto un po’ di stickles e del pizzo leggero sul lato.

La fatina e la staccionata (C. C. Design) sono state colorate con i Distress Ink Pads.

I used Basic Grey papers (Olivia) both for the background and for the flowers (EK punches). The tag is a Spellbinders Label Four.

I put some stickles and a lace on the side…

I coloured both the little fairy and the fence with Distress Ink Pads.

e' da un po' che non aggiorno il blog... ma qualcosa ho fatto comunque...

ecco qui uno degli ultimo biglietti: una Tilda che coglie un fiore dal suo giardino...

Here is my new card... a sweet Tilda picking a flower from her garden...

per realizzarla ho usato carte Basic Grey (Wisteria) per fare lo sfondo/giardino, ho fatto una finestra con un cartoncino tagliato con la label Spellbinders n. 2 e poi timbrato einfine una staccionata in legno dietro la Tilda...

la Tilda e' stata dipinta con Distress Pad e poi illuminata da stickles e strass...

I used Basic Grey papers (Wisteria) for the background/garden and I made a window cutting out a Label Two (Spellbinders of course!). On the back of the Tilda I put a little wood fence...

I painted the Tilda with distress pads, as usual, and then I put some stickles and some strass here and there...!!!
