hi everyone…
Are you busy with your last minute holiday organization or did you have already arranged everything? well, I have to do –almost- everything and I super worry about it… I hope to have enough time to do what I planned… we’ll see!!!!
this fortnight Deep Ocean challenge is perfect for showing up our holiday decorations cause the theme is…
and what I made is a little tag!!!
this time I colored my Tilda with watercolor pencil and just added a little bit of stickles here and there.
But I can’t decide where I can put it…maybe on the Wreath right next to the reindeer…
…or on my advent table centerpiece…
or maybe on my –other- heart shape little wreath…
well… I really don’t know where I can put it… I think I’m going to take it for myself and I will use it as a bookmark for my Holiday’s reading!!!
Hope you like it…
I wish you all a Merry Crafty Christmas and a Happy full of new ideas Year…
ciao ciao
hi everyone, how you doin’?
it’s already the 15th of December… only 10 days till Christmas…!!!
it’s time for another ABC Challenge, this fortnight is…
F for Frosty
this is what I made: a shabby frame with a little 3D winter landscape…
for the tree I use the pattern from this wonderful project, I simply re-sized it, stamped the cardstock with a Hero Arts background stamp and sew them.
I colored the Tildas with distress ink pads, handwrite the Noel sentiment and put some stickles on it. a bunch of snowflakes ( and a Tim Holtz snowflakes border) and that’s it!!! I finished it late at night and I had to take the photo right away…sorry, it looks so flat!!!! maybe I should take the pictures again…!!!
hope you like it…
hugs
hi everyone…
as most of you have already noticed, I joined the wonderful world of Pinterest… this photo sharing website it’s fabulous… you can find every sort of things, from recipes to home decoration tips, from outfit trends to craft tutorials! the fun thing of it is that it works by image searching and you can save –pin- your favorite results on different boards, share them to your friends, and follow other people so you can see what they pin. You can also add a “pin it” button on your website browser and pin every image you want from websites or blogs, even videos if you like. The other important thing is that when you pin and image you pin also its link to the web: in this way you always get the right credit to other people’s creativity.
I love it, it’s so great, it has lots of inspiring ideas and great tips…very useful… but I warn you… it’s quite addicting!!!! eheh!!!
now, in Pinterest I saw lots of buntings and was love at first time… this is what I made for my craft room (maybe I should have ironed my curtains, uh?! but I was too impatient to see the results…!!!)
and for my living room:
hope you like it

Hi everyone…
today I made a bookmark with this cute Writing Tilda:
I drew a feather on a heavy cardstock and I placed a piece of wire in the middle. On a light brown paper I made a background with a script stamp and butterfly stamp, I cut it with the same feather shape and glued it on the heavy cardstock.
to add an extra vintage feeling, I used a real metal nib and I melted some sealing wax and then impressed it with a fleur-de-lis. A lace bow and some pearls complete the bookmark, ready to be use for all the books I’m going to study this year…
hope you like it…
with this I entered

yesterday evening I made this recycle art attack to celebrate the second Magnolia Ink’s birthday!!!!
I have this empty sugar tin and I try to make an alterate tin to put my baking soda…
it’s nothing special, just paper, spellbinder, chalkboard, ribbon, lace and one of my favorite Tilda…
I made an organza flower (on the lid) and three little organza buds on the side.
with this I entered TOMIC #12 Recycle
hope you like it…

p.s. I’m really sorry for those bad bad mobile phone photos… I really need to find out where the camera battery charger is…!!!!
ciao a tutti…
Hi everyone…
today I have big news to share with you… I’m a proud new DT member of the amazing Deep Ocean Challenge…
this is my first work for the Challenge… a little secret garden to hang in your room…
I’m always being obsessed with secret gardens and this is how I’d like my secret garden entrance looks like.
first of all I made the arch: I cut the chipboard in pieces and then I sanded them to get that rounded look… then I painted them with a bit of distress crackle colored with a drop of black soot. I assembled the arch and I modeled the iron wire to make the climbing plant. the wall was made with this beautiful Tim Holtz emboss folder, distressed with Weathered Wood and Broken China. the iron gate (Hero Arts Stamp) was stamped on acetate and than put on a wonderful Basic Grey paper (Wisteria).
the Tilda and the Fence behind her was colored with distress ink pads.
to finish it, I added a little wire bird (can you see it? is right on top of the signboard!), paper flowers, rhinestones and lots of tiny butterflies!!!!
hope you like it…
with this I entered:
Tomic challenge #11 Monochromatic
it is a tradition… send a summer card to my niece Elena who spend all the summers in California at her daddy… this time I add a couple of things…some handmade –and no so perfectly made, these are my second– pair of summer slippers and a hairpin…
I colored the hAnglar and sTanglar stamp with distress ink pads, for the card I used the same fabrics I used for the slippers and some flowers, embellishment and buttons.
for the hairpin I used, again, the same fabrics to make the bow and I add some tulle.
hope you like it
with this card I entered:
